Kinesthetic Learning At Its Best

The kids had a lot of fun with this!  After teaching about tectonic plates, it was time to build on that understanding to see how weathering, erosion, and deposition create a variety of landscapes in the world.  Students used their bodies to create tableaus of weathering, erosion, and deposition. The students then used Google Draw and PhotoShop to label the processes occurring and the figures involved in each.  This was an engaging activity to teach to the kinesthetic learning style and all students left with an understanding of the different processes which affect landforms. I will definitely be doing this activity again!
